The best kept secret
in your industry
shouldn't be you.

Imagine having a client acquisition system so fine tuned, that you no longer needed sales calls.

Let's Talk

Is this you?

  • The majority of your clients come from one source, and you worry about what happens if it dries up
  • Nothing you've put out reflects how you uniquely show up for your clients, because you can't put your methodology into simple language without losing what makes it work
  • Marketing feels like what the charlatans do, but the charlatans are reaching your people first
  • Your best clients already think like you. You just have no idea how to find more of them.
  • Every person who doesn't understand your work is a person you could have helped and didn't.
  • You want to be more selective with the clients you personally take on and spend more time working on your business while your team handles the one-on-one

Here's your problem.

You can't read your own label from inside the bottle. I become the right hand to experts too deep in their work to explain it to the outside world.

I learn your language.
I find what makes you irreplaceable. Then I build the systems that convey it.

1

The Blueprint

Before anything gets built, I enter your knowledge domain. I rapidly catch myself up to speed with industry language, how you diverge from the common beliefs, where you need to meet your skeptical but highly valuable clients for them to believe in your differentiation. I become a chameleon that takes shape in the cavern between what you're trying to say and what they hear. The result of this is five strategic documents that become the foundation for the language, content, and client acquisition system I will build you.

2

Positioning

If you're on trial for murder and looking for a lawyer, you're going to do so much research that your decision will be made before you even pick up the phone to call them. The phone consult is just a formality to make sure they're a real person. The positioning work I do for you, as a result of the research done in the blueprint, is to make sure that your ideal client has sold themselves on you before they reach out.

3

The Foundation

Your positioning language needs to live somewhere concrete. A static website, like the one you're on right now, will be built for you. The media that populates it, video, copy, visuals, is designed to do one thing: convert the person who is already deeply considering you. More important than winning them over is providing the ammunition for them to convince the other people in their corner that you're the right choice. Because the person researching you has been consuming your content for hours, days, or months. They already know you. They just don't have the words to argue your case to someone who hasn't. The same way you're not going to hire me without showing your business partner or spouse first.

4

The Engine

Your biggest marketing problem isn't visibility. It's what you do with the attention already on you. I start at the point of conversion, because moving a 2% conversion rate to 4% doubles the business for a one-time fix. Then I work upward: nurture sequences, lead capture, short-form that feeds into long-form, long-form that builds the conviction to reach out.

5

The Command Center

A custom command center, not HubSpot, not a template, that tracks your entire funnel. Where people find you, where they drop off, how long it takes from first visit to booked call. I don't optimize for vanity metrics. I compress the timeline from discovery to decision.

Best practices are pooled ignorance.

That's why I don't bring them into our relationship. I embed into your world, learn its rules, and stay long enough to see what you can't see from having been in it for so long.

What comes out of this is a business partnership without an equity agreement. My role is to build you a client acquisition system that carries your point of view everywhere your ideal client meets you.

Chris Giuseppini

Hi, I'm Chris.

My background is in commercial and documentary filmmaking. I've created commercial work for companies like Sony, the UFC, YouTube's Fashion division, and YouTubers in the days before everyone had a "production team." The work I've produced has amassed over 1 billion organic views, and has been everywhere from social media pages, to TV, to billboards in Times Square.

Somewhere in that process I realized the work I was actually doing evolved from production, to translation. I've spent the years since sitting with subject-matter experts who are exceptional at what they do and genuinely overwhelmed when it comes to explaining it.

The greatest quality to the audience-translation work I do is the deep empathy for the state your ideal buyer is in when your message reaches them. That's where the word Sondor, the name of my company, came from. "Sonder," the root word, is the realization that every person around you is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. The experts I translate voices for serve within their community, not above it.

From the people I've helped become louder than noise.

I came in with a generic marketing problem, and you helped me figure out my content, crafting my ideas, and take a step forward in my business. You helped me link my outside purpose to my business, which was the unlock to differentiating myself from the rest.
